Hi and welcome to the new – and improved – ESHOCK website! For all you first timers, we are the ESHOCK society. We are here to provide a service to the students of the Electrical Engineering Department.

What do we do? - Well, the answer to that is we help you with the social side of your time here at Liverpool University. We organise social events like night’s out, paint balling trips as well as practical events, like book sales, but of course its not only us who get to decide what the society will do, if anything, its up to you!

Forum - On this website there is a forum, which will be available to all electrical engineers. This for your use, but use wisely. Its available for you to organise nights out, get help with coursework and get in touch with other future engineers.

SULC - On the menu there is a link to SULC – Student and Staff Liaison Committee. This committee deals with problems you might have within the university. If you feel your workload is too much or the lights in a room don’t work, these are the people you need to contact to get help. On this page is a list of students who are in the committee, and their e-mail address.

Get Involved!!- Eshock and the SULC committee consist of students from the department. No matter what year or course you are on you can get involved. The more people we have willing to help the more we can do! So if you have a few hours of your time spare please contact Gareth or Steve to get involved.

If there is anything you feel ESHOCK can help you with, or that we need to do, contact us through our email by clicking Gareth or Ste.
